Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, required approvals, and any content or assets needed to complete the work unless content creation is included in the project scope.

All estimates and timelines depend on timely communication, feedback, and asset delivery. Delays in approvals or content may affect launch schedules.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, TMHWebsites retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methods, while clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables upon full payment.

TMHWebsites is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or project deliverables. Service results can vary based on market conditions, competition, ad spend, and client follow-through.
